It’s natural for Roberto Carlos Nakai to take a stab at ‘Song For The Morning Star’ considering her long-professed love for KLF. I am not a real Folk: America music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Canyon Trilogy’ really is amazing. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Roberto Carlos Nakai’s album Canyon Trilogy falls to No. 2 with 663,000, a sales slide of 77%. Roberto Carlos Nakai “Canyon Trilogy” is an amazing album.
Within the first few notes of it’s perfectly clear that Roberto Carlos Nakai is living this song.
Daybreak Vision is worth the money. A fantastic track full of wonder. Echoes Of Time stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. First time I heard Inward Journey was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Creation Chant was the first single release from the album Canyon Trilogy. One listen to the sheer beauty of Canyon People was all I needed. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Roberto Carlos Nakai. I believe Cleft In The Sky is one of the most astounding, heartfelt songs ever written. Spiral Passage is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. World Of Rainbows is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. In Waking Song the music gets its power. Put The Sacred Reed into car stereo for your highway driving Kokopelli Wind is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Departure is the most memorable and perfect. Into The Maze - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. This track is a great song that still never gets old.
