Since completing 2000’s ‘Benskia - Bladerunner Remix (From ‘rivendell’ Album)’, Vangelis fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This disc has all of the essential Vangelis classics. Dance Mixes is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Enjoy the show.
This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely.
Benskia - Albedo 0.39 (From ‘rivendell’ Album) is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Some of the arrangements found on Dance Mixes are surprisingly edgy. Bladerunner - End Theme Dance Mix is the song that really did it for me. After few listenings I started to like Bladerunner - Dance Tribute more and more.
