This fourteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Toro Bravo has. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Toro Bravo’s album Kelias falls to No. 2 with 235,000, a sales slide of 64%. Since Toro Bravo last CD (Kelias) on Blue Note Records back in 2000, I have felt a massive void in my life. This album is in perfect progression from Toro Bravo!
is a bit of a show-tune.
Ranyla Oil is a great opener for Kelias. Toro Bravo offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. The first time I listened to Pakeisk Veida I was struck by its cool sound. In Oi! Ne Madoj it becomes nowhere more obvious that Toro Bravo has yet to define own style. Nereik Ieskot Problemu one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. This track is full of harmonies and gets Kelias off to a relaxing start. Once Zvaigzde gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Tu Turi Bet presents the gorgeous mix of instruments on Kelias. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Lieku Cia is exquisite and different song. Vynas is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Iki Nauju Susitikimu pretty much defines how I feel spiritually.
