Self-described as Rap: Hip-Hop with lots of words, DMX comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This disc has all of the essential DMX classics. After debuting at No. 1 last week, DMX’s album Millenium Hits falls to No. 2 with 902,000, a sales slide of 95%. Smart music for smart people.
hits the heart.
Ruff Ryders Anthem is one of the best records ever. I have all of DMX’s tracks and My Niggas is probably the most his introspective effort. Back In One Piece (feat. Aaliyah) - I just love it. The song feels complete. What You Want (feat. Sisqo) the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. The sound in Money is really warm and DMX’s signature voice is still very much present. Excellent vocals and musical performances. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Party Up (Johnathon Peters Club Mix) (7:44) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! End Of Then Night (DMX Krew Mix) is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. How It’s Goin Down gets you up and jumping. In Never Gonna Lie it becomes nowhere more obvious that DMX has yet to define own style. No Love For Me makes a person feel exquisite. This song stands out greatly from the others. This song is dynamic and dramatic. One More Road is the cool blend of moody yet optimistic tunes.
