Self-described as Trance: Psychedelic with lots of words, The Move comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. After debuting at No. 1 last week, The Move’s album Proud falls to No. 2 with 477,000, a sales slide of 90%. three years ago, The Move briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Holding On”. Enjoy the show.
is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle.
Holding On is cool song though, very addictive. After you’ve listened to Wherever The Road Goes, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Don’t Look For Love is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Ease Your Troubled Mind is really the reason why I recommend buying Proud. Change Your World is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Garden Of Eden - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of The Move. This track is clearly meant to showcase The Move’s vocal abilities. I’v Been There is the funkiest number on the album. I Know Who I Am is a very catchy tune. Afraid - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. What Do I Have sets the tone for the entire album.
Proud CD
