After debuting at No. 1 last week, Tim Schuldt’s album Single Collection falls to No. 2 with 114,000, a sales slide of 51%. Lead single “Cascara” and “Orange Acid” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Tim Schuldt on ‘Cascara’. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Tim Schuldt ever.

Orange Acid make listening to Tim Schuldt like being in some sort of time warp. Blew our minds when we first heard Red Hair Hospital. Animatronic is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Tim Schuldt has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Pretty Poison from the beginning to the end. Evil Playground good vocals. Still going through Single Collection and coming to appreciate Absurd more and more with every listen.
