Since Giles Reaves last CD (Sacred Space) on ForeFront Records back in 2000, I have felt a massive void in my life. Sacred Space carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Giles Reaves energies, virtually a rebirth. Sacred Space constantly brilliant.
is probably the highlight of the album.
Lyrics of Fire In The Stone are precise and evocative. I’ve found myself listening to Darkness Into Light back to back and back many times. Vocals of Giles Reaves in Akasha really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Sacred Space - My least favorite song on this album. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Great Mystery. Into Immensity is the albums biggest surprise.
