Jim Jones has compared writing for Natalia Oreiro’s new album to that on ‘Tu Veneno’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. It has been nine years Natalia Oreiro’ last studio CD, “Tu Veneno” which won Array Academy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. While no new Natalia Oreiro album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2000 tour in Europe. If I may, I suggest “Tu Veneno”. That one song is amazing!
I love the melodic melody of and to this day it makes me feel good.
Rio De La Plata is just simply stunning. Como Te Olvido without a doubt is the standout song of Tu Veneno. Luna Brava is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Opening track Aburrida shows the best of Natalia Oreiro. Tu Veneno couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Estamos Todos Solos (We’re A…..). Gitano Corazon is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Music of Febrero is gentle, never overbearing. Musically Donde Ira is superior to other tracks in Tu Veneno. Basta De Ti - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Mata Y Envenena make listening to Natalia Oreiro like being in some sort of time warp. Si Me Vas A Dar Tu Amor is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Natalia Oreiro released so far. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Natalia Oreiro emotions are reflected through Un Ramito De Violetas. Caliente is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite.
