Proud is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Since completing 2000’s ‘Afraid’, Heather Small fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. If I may, I suggest “Afraid”. That one song is amazing!

In Change Your World Heather Small is at his best. Don’t Change A Thing is a song to enjoy for years to come. In Don’t Look For Love it becomes nowhere more obvious that Heather Small has yet to define own style. Ease Your Troubled Mind is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Garden Of Eden is the most memorable and exquisite. If you are a Heather Small fan, you will love Holding On. I Know Who I Am as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. I’v Been There - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Heather Small has astounded me with this amazing track. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Get Proud and turn on Wherever The Road Goes if you are going to sip your wine late at night.
