While no new Jamaaladeen Tacuma and Burhan album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2000 tour in Africa. There were many famous songs of Jamaaladeen Tacuma and Burhan available. This is the first studio album from Jamaaladeen Tacuma and Burhan since bad diagnosis in 2000. This is what good Jazz: Funk should be.
to me is the best you can get from Jamaaladeen Tacuma and Burhan.
Some of the arrangements found on Groove Alla Turca are surprisingly edgy. This track is full of harmonies and gets Groove Alla Turca off to a relaxing start. I love the melodic melody of Elhamdulillah and to this day it makes me feel good. There is perfect mix of music in El Nino. After about the third Two by Two listen through, I began to believe this song is Jamaaladeen Tacuma and Burhan’s essence. Kismet sets the tone for the entire album. I Can Feel It - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Katibim is the first taste of the new album. Saz Caz is the excellent blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Musically Gene Gel is superior to other tracks in Groove Alla Turca. This track is just fantastic from start to finish.
