After seeing We Are Not Separate, I had to have a good Kamelot cd. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Kamelot’s album The Expedition falls to No. 2 with 858,000, a sales slide of 77%. Lead single “We Are Not Separate” and “One Day” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. If I may, I suggest “We Are Not Separate”. That one song is amazing!
Only one song from The Expedition named really got me.
One Day is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. We Three Kings (Instrumental) - A strong beat. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Desert Reign-Nights of Arabia is my favorite song on The Expedition. Call Of The Sea - This is a very lively song. The Fourth Legacy is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after The Expedition have ended. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Millennium is astounding. Shadow Of Uther is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Expedition is another strong production from Kamelot. Kamelot allows each song to breathe and flourish.
