There is no doubt that 50 Cent has talent. It’s natural for 50 Cent to take a stab at ‘Intro’ considering her long-professed love for EMF. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of 50 Cent on ‘Intro’. This is what good Hip-Hop should be.
This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot.
I came to like The Hit. The Good Die Young (4:03) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Corner Bodega (Coke Spot) Inte is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Your Life’s On The Line is the more seemingly obscure song on Power Of The Dollar that bear up best to repeated listening. That Ain’t Gangsta sets the tone for the entire album. There is marvelous mix of music in As The World Turns. Listening to Ghetto Qu’ran (Forgive Me Pt 1) you can hear that 50 Cent has still amazing chemistry with band members. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of 50 Cent. Money By Any Means motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Material Girl is beautiful, yet underrated track. Thug Love as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Slow Doe gets you up and jumping. From the moment you listen to Gun Runner you’re hooked. You Ain’t No Gansta is a very catchy tune. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Power Of The Dollar. I’m A Hustler is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. How To Rob is probably one of 50 Cent’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to.
