After seeing Wunderbar, I had to have a good Wolfgang Riechmann cd. ‘Wunderbar’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This disc has all of the essential Wolfgang Riechmann classics. IT makes me wanna dance!
is pretty funky and mellow.
One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Abendlicht because the melody in the chorus is so good. Best song on the album, love it. Some of the arrangements found on Wunderbar are surprisingly edgy. Himmelblau I just LOVE this mix! Excellent vocals and musical performances.
