Bun B. Hear has compared writing for Orangetree’s new album to that on ‘Orangetree’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Orangetree had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Orangetree has. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Bad Apples
has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Orangetree’s strong vocals come to the fore.
The first time I listened to Bad Apples I was struck by its excellent sound. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Eye To Eye is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. All of songs on Orangetree and have something to say letting alone God And A Cuban Cigar. I listened to the opening track Devotion and liked it a lot. All Locked Up is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. I Am The One is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Some call Fall Apart from Orangetree as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. All My Friends is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. I now have These Loose Ends as one of my personal favorites. Let ‘em Fall is a amazing, simple song by Orangetree at the top of his game.
