This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by The Porkers. This disc has all of the essential The Porkers classics. I am not a real Ska music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Time Will Tell’ really is amazing. I wish that “Time Will Tell” album was instrumental.
Don’t judge on the first listening.
Breakfast at Half Past Four is the albums biggest surprise. The opening track Can’t Say Forever is very much like you would expect from other albums. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. After you’ve listened to I Didn’t Think, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. If you are a The Porkers fan, you will love Keep My Cool. Some of the arrangements found on Time Will Tell are surprisingly edgy. Music in Not At All is perfect as in all tracks of Time Will Tell. Push and Shove pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Revenge Is Sweet is probably one of The Porkers’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. I can’t stop humming along Too Big for Your Boots. Voice of The Porkers in Too Late to be Straight is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Too Many Choices has a fun tempo. Nice and different song. In YOY! full palet of sound is used by The Porkers to accentuate the presentation.
