Son Grand Numero (CD 2) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Mireille Mathieu’s debut, ‘Son Grand Numero (CD 2)’, does not fit easily into one genre. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Mireille Mathieu. This album is a scorcher!

It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Et Je T’aime is so unique, as each one of the songs is. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Son Grand Numero (CD 2). Il A Neige Sur Mykonos as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. This track is full of harmonies and gets Son Grand Numero (CD 2) off to a relaxing start. Qu’elle Est Belle is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Amour Defendu is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. A La Moitie De La Distance is a bit of a show-tune. Trois Milliards De Gens Sur Terre is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Ma Delivrance - Check out that bassline! Tous Les Enfants Chantent Avec Moi is one of my favorite songs by Mireille Mathieu. C’est A Mayerling is pretty funky and mellow. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Son Grand Numero (CD 2) couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track La Premiere Etoile. Les Matins Bleus is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Musically Viens Dans Ma Rue is superior to other tracks in Son Grand Numero (CD 2). Quand On Revient - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Reste Avec Moi - This one is lively and fun. Ne Les Derangez Pas one is one of the better boring ones.
