After seeing Drut Teental, I had to have a good Anuradha Pal cd. Since completing 2000’s ‘Drut Teental’, Anuradha Pal fulfilled their contract with Sparrow Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This album has some very good songs like Drut Teental and Ardha Taitaal. A Tabla Solo is the best essence of Anuradha Pal.
Lyrics of are precise and evocative.
From the moment you listen to Ardha Taitaal you’re hooked. Jhaptal is astounding. This is probably my favorite song on the album.
