After debuting at No. 1 last week, Zion Train’s album Secrets of the Animal Kingdom in Dub falls to No. 2 with 419,000, a sales slide of 77%. Self-described as Reggae with lots of words, Zion Train comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Secrets of the Animal Kingdom in Dub is an amazing album, racked with beauty. This album is awesome.
Simple and heartfelt closing track closes Secrets of the Animal Kingdom in Dub on a high note.
Wild Boar is the funkiest number on the album. Gavial - a classic song. Sea Otter is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Some of the arrangements found on Secrets of the Animal Kingdom in Dub are surprisingly edgy. Crown Of Thorns catches attention immediately, Fox is almost impossible to review. Album opener Rhinoceros is a bright, upbeat ditty. The song Condor ending is my favorite… so catchy! Elephant is one of the best records ever. Reindeer is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Scorpion is one of the coolest songs Zion Train has ever recorded. Zion Train has astounded me with this amazing track. I loved Manta Ray the first time I heard it.
