Thanatos (CD 2) is an amazing album, racked with beauty.John Digester has compared writing for Relatives Menschsein’s new album to that on ‘Thanatos (CD 2)’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Now signed to Relatives Menschsein’s Blue Note Records, the title track from second album “Thanatos (CD 2)” leads Relatives Menschsein’s back-to-school campaign. I Love Thanatos (CD 2) from start to finish!
is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Relatives Menschsein released so far.
Ausgeblutet is probably the most interesting track on Thanatos (CD 2). In Gedanken is another strong production from Relatives Menschsein. Erfullung is a bit of a show-tune. Leben is the funkiest number on the album. Some of the arrangements found on Thanatos (CD 2) are surprisingly edgy. Album opener Verflucht (version) is a bright, upbeat ditty. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Die Ewigkeit. Tempel (remastered Demo) is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Relatives Menschsein released so far. Die Zeit very upbeat. Masken is a song to enjoy for years to come. Music in Rosa Leidenschaft is excellent as in all tracks of Thanatos (CD 2).
