Self-described as Ethnic with lots of words, Martin Tillman comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. For older fans Eastern Twin will put a massive smile accross your face. Martin Tillman’s debut, ‘Eastern Twin’, does not fit easily into one genre. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Eastern Twin.

Don’t judge Nothing On My Mind on the first listening. I can’t stop humming along Amadeus On The Nile. Eastern Twin to me is the best you can get from Martin Tillman. Close To Water is the first taste of the new album. Ceremony - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. I like Trans Mojave because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. No Martin Tillman song has come close to capturing my attention as 7 Saris did. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Eastern Twin is Rue Sibelius.
