three years ago, Lifehouse briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Sick Cycle Carousel”. Now signed to Lifehouse’s Savoy Records, the title track from second album “No Name Face” leads Lifehouse’s back-to-school campaign. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Lifehouse’s album No Name Face falls to No. 2 with 453,000, a sales slide of 75%. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
The first time I listened to I was struck by its exquisite sound.
This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Unknown, which shows, blatantly, how much Lifehouse has evolved as a singer. Album opener Somebody Else’s Song is a bright, upbeat ditty. The song Trying ending is my favorite… so catchy! Only One is one of my favorite songs by Lifehouse. Once you hear Simon, you will listen to it over and over. I have all of Lifehouse’s tracks and Cling and Clatter is probably the most his introspective effort. Vocals of Lifehouse in Breathing really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Once Quasimodo gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Everything as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Lifehouse offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. What’s Wrong With That is a fine track on any terms. The first time I listened to Fairy Tales I was struck by its amazing sound. Trying (Live) is the funkiest number on the album. Hanging By A Moment (Acoustic) without a doubt is the standout song of No Name Face.
