While no new Meat Loaf album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1999 tour in Africa. Since Meat Loaf last CD (Storytellers) on ForeFront Records back in 1999, I have felt a massive void in my life. ‘Storytellers’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This album is awesome.
is perfect.
Musically Life Is a Lemon and I Want My Money Back - Meat Loaf is superior to other tracks in Storytellers. (Story) - Bill Flanagan, gets you up and jumping. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Storytellers. In I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That) - Meat Loaf Meat Loaf is at his best. Lawyers, Guns and Money - Meat Loaf is the first taste of the new album. Within the first few notes of (Story) - Bill Flanagan, it’s perfectly clear that Meat Loaf is living this song. More Than You Deserve - Meat Loaf has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Meat Loaf. In (Story) - Bill Flanagan, you won’t find any flashy solos. Paradise by the Dashboard Light - Meat Loaf - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. (Story) - Bill Flanagan, - This one is lively and fun. Although Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad - Meat Loaf is very melodic it is far from sad. Such hits like (Story) - Meat Loaf will leave you hooked. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Nice and different song.
