‘Fragments of Freedom’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. There were many famous songs of Morcheeba available. Since Morcheeba last CD (Fragments of Freedom) on Virgin Records back in 2000, I have felt a massive void in my life. Overall, I would highly recommend Fragments of Freedom CD.
This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Fragments of Freedom.
Be Yourself - To me, this is the best song on the Fragments of Freedom. The sound of Coming Down Gently is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Fragments Of Freedom is nothing but pure genius. Some call Good Girl Down from Fragments of Freedom as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. In The Hands Of The Gods presents the exquisite mix of instruments on Fragments of Freedom. Let It Go is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Love Is Rare is the albums biggest surprise. Love Sweet Love - arguably the best track on Fragments of Freedom album. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Once Shallow End gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. What sets World Looking In apart is Morcheeba’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres.
