It has been ten years Merzbow’ last studio CD, “Remblandt Assemblage (Merzdisc 03)” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Self-described as Indie with lots of words, Merzbow comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. While no new Merzbow album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2000 tour in Europe. Exciting stuff.
You have to get essence of the ’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece.
This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Theme Of Dadaist gets you up and jumping. Hans Arp - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Tape Dada is astounding. In Music Concrete Merzbow spins a tale you want to hear to the end. I have all of Merzbow’s tracks and Prepared Guitar Solo 1 is probably the most his introspective effort. Prepared Guitar Solo 2 - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Merzbow.
