Song Basic Cable is actually a funny song. So much energy, so exciting a sound.In Oxygen the music gets its power. Skip Town is another strong production from Aesop Rock. 6B Panorama is the more seemingly obscure song on Float that bear up best to repeated listening. Overall a nice softer song. I loved Spare A Match the first time I heard it. A fantastic track full of wonder. How To Be A Carpenter actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Aesop Rock’s face. Prosperity is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. Some call Drawbridge from Float as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Dinner With Blockhead is pretty funky and mellow. Mayor And The Crook is a strong cut, one of many.
