There is so much to love about Maria Muldaur, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. While no new Maria Muldaur album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2000 tour in Australia. This is the first studio album from Maria Muldaur since bad diagnosis in 2000. Maria Muldaur “Maria Muldaur’s Music for Lovers” is an amazing album.

Think About You - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Maria Muldaur emotions are reflected through Latersville. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is It Feels Like Rain. Gee Baby, Ain’t I Good To You - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Maria Muldaur. I now have We Can Let It Happen Tonight as one of my personal favorites. Soothe Me sets the tone for the entire album. Talk Real Slow is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. I find myself hearing bits of I Wanna Be Loved here and there throughout my waking hours. I’ve found myself listening to Someday When We’re Both Alone back to back and back many times. Still going through Maria Muldaur’s Music for Lovers and coming to appreciate Southland Of The Heart more and more with every listen.
